OPD....???what is OPD..??? OPD is stand for OUT-PATIENT DEPARTMENT...huhu...arini harney g spital..bukan harney sakit oke...harney wat hospital attachment...every thursday, I must go to the hospital for 4 weeks...nih masok kali ke 2 harney dah g spital...2 minggu sudah berlalu...so tinggal 2 weeks, 2 department jek lagi..
so this week me n my group were in the out-patient department...hahaha....department nih memang sgt busy oke...meh nak ceta satu2...
so pagi td, kol 6 dah bangun oke...bus dtg kol 7 pagi...yela tuh kol 7 pagi...non ado bus nyer...kol 73o cam2 bwu datang...hahaha...ala lambat2 pown xpe sebenar nyer....bukan jauh pown kan HTAR tuh...:)so sampai spital dlm kol 8...then trus g department masing2...so harney ngan group g OPD...then jumpe pharmacist kat c2, PN ROZIAN...baek sgt die...die bagi kitorg g breakfast dulu...then kol 830 dtg balek...hihik...=')
then kol 830 pn rozian start bg briefing pasal opd...ape pharmacist wat kat opd...itu la ini la...ekceli kat opd, diorg akan dispense ubat kat patient2 dr klinik2 pakar jek...dr klinik orthopedik, paediatrik, oftamologi, dermatologi, surgeri, bla bla bla...bnyk lagik la...then pas2 pn rozian bawak kitorg g tgk camne diorg keje...sgt bz oke...
erm camni procedure die...mule2 patient akan g jumpe doc..then doc akan prescribe drug...then patient bawak prescription tuh g kat opd...amek nombor bg prescription tuh kat kaunter then tggu...staff2 kat opd, amek prescription tuh, diorg akan label dulu packaging then dispenser akan filling ubat2 tuh masok dalam bakul...senang kan 1 bakul 1 patient...diorg akan double check balek..takot ade salah masok ubat ker kan...pas2 bakul tuh letak kat conveyer...conveyer tuh akan gerak bawak g depan...then pharmacist kat kaunter amek bakul tuh then panggil nombor...so patient dtg & amek ubat tuh..erm cam2 la procedure kat c2...sangat bz oke...ramai giler patient...pharmacists akan jage kat kaunter...diorg akan dispense ubat kat patient & bgtau camne nak makan ubat tuh..
pn rozian jugak bawak kitorg masok tgk camne diorg wat filling...tunjuk tempat diorg dispense syrup...tempat stor diorg simpan ubat...tempat tuh xdela besar mane pon kan...kalo lalu pown leh laga bontot jugak la...teeeett..:) then kitorg ade tgk sorg PRP (pre-register pharmacist) ngah wat counselling...counselling camne nak gune HUMAPEN...tuk cucuk insulin...tau2 la sket sebab pernah blaja nak counselling patient tuk inject insulin..hihiks..:) bwu jek mggu nih wat counselling tuh...PRP tuh, graduate student akan wat housemanship (btol ker eja cam2 ek..) kat spital for 1 year tuk jadik pharmacist btol la...erm nti harney akan jadik cam2 la..hihiks...insyAllah..amin...
then kol 1 kitorg g rehat...makan tyme...kol 230 masok balek...hihiks...pn rozian bg mase lebey sket...yela die pown bz jugak kan....then sambung briefing balek...pn rozian ceta pasal counselling plak...die ajar la camne nak counselling tuh sume...ape yg diorg slalu counsell...tick tock tick tock...tgk2 dah kol 4...ape lagi..balek la...kitorg balek memang kol 4...sebab kitorg punye bus sampai kol 4...hahaha...
